The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

Content published on the Services may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence systems. AI-Generated Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. The Company makes no guarantee as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Users should independently verify information before relying on it.

4. Intellectual Property

All Content, code, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Services are the exclusive property of PureTensor Inc or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written authorization. Open-source software on PureClaw is governed by its respective license terms (MIT License).

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation (30 days). Unresolved disputes shall be determined by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS.
